Donholm

Donholm is one of those places where people move for the rent and then just... stay. It's proper residential — you've got families who've been here since the 80s living next to young couples who just got their first place. Tuesday evening it's quiet, kids doing homework, mama mboga packing up, the odd boda zooming past. Saturday morning is a different energy — Greenspan fills up, the shopping centre gets chaotic, and everyone's running errands. It's not the kind of area where you come for a night out, but for day-to-day life it's genuinely functional. Healthcare? Sorted. Schools? Several good ones. Matatus? Running all the time. The frustrations are real though — Outer Ring Road traffic is brutal, some internal roads flood badly in the rains, and if you need the CBD fast on a weekday evening, you're going to suffer. It suits people who want a real neighbourhood, not a lifestyle concept.
