Agents, landlords, property managers and developers renting out homes in Nairobi. Individuals and companies are both welcome — a solo agent gets their own organisation automatically.
How does verification work?
You confirm your WhatsApp number, verify your ID online and, for companies, your business registration. Then someone from CityDwelling reviews your application by hand. An EARB certificate helps but is not required.
When do I get the renter’s phone number?
As soon as they tap “I’m interested” on a home you sent. Until then, both sides stay private: you see their first name and last initial, and they see your verified profile.
